Opened in 2020, the taproom is located in central Boston, overlooking Paul Revere Plaza. Spacious taproom with two levels and a basement. There were 20 beers on tap when we visited, several of which were exclusive to this location.

House Blend American Porter (4.50) – Malty, roasty notes dominate. Smooth, creamy, easy to drink. Coffee aspects in complex blend of flavors. Superb example of style.

Freedom TrAle Brown Ale (3.25) – Amber colored ale, lacking malty punch. Low level of roasted malts a disappointment. Good balance between hop bitterness and malt sweetness.

House Hazy (4.25) – Very light-bodied IPA, made for drinking. Low level of hop bitterness. Refreshing and nicely balanced.

Not A Grapefruit Sour (2.50) – Sour flavors more dominant than grapefruit. Very light-bodied. Not very hoppy. Objectionable aftertaste.

KME Blueberry Gose (3.00) – Fruity bouquet. Light-bodied, as appropriate. Blueberry prominent on first taste. Sour character comes out later.
