Evil Czech Brewery was founded by George Pesek using the same philosophy he’s employed throughout his career as a chef and restauranteur; use only the highest quality ingredients, surround yourself with people who are as passionate about your product as you are, improve your technique each and every day, and give your customers what they want!

Open daily at 11am, Sundays at 10am. 14 beers on tap, as well as cocktails made from Journeyman Distillery liquors. Journeyman Distillery is one of few certified organic distilleries in the United States, providing all organic spirits produced without the use of synthetic fertilizers, artificial pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetically modified organisms.

BEER:
General George Patton Pilsner (3.75) – Smooth, medium-bodied lager; hop bitterness comes through after a couple of slurps.
Nefarious Harbor NE IPA (4.25) – Smooth and creamy flavor profile; citrus notes adds to complexity.
Dark Helmet Rauchbier (4.50) – Roasted and caramel malts dominate; smoky character permeates bouquet; smokiness not dominant, subtly appropriate.
7 A.M. Oatmeal Stout (3.25) – Smooth and silky stout; needs to be bulked up with more roasted malt.
Luscious Mounds Milk Stout (1.50) – Beer is super thin; lacks all characteristics of a stout, other than the dark color.
Voodoo Vanilla Rye Porter (2.25) – Beer lacks roasted malt character; far too thin for the porter style; some coffee notes, vanilla difficult to detect.

FOOD:
They serve grass-fed, locally raised beef, cage-free poultry and pasture raised bison. The menu is broken out into Starters, Salads, Poutine, Nose to Tail Treats, Tacos, Sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, Pizzas, Artisan Sausages, Public House Favorites and Burger Box. Not an overly large menu, but enough traditional comfort foods as well as some unusual items make it interesting.

Try the Arrabiata Woodstone Pizza, with pepperoni, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, crushed red pepper, roasted tomato sauce, mozzarella and provolone. It has a little kick, but not too much.
