The original brewery opened in 2014 in Lemont, IL, but they opened a second taproom in downtown Roselle in November 2017, and a third location in St. Charles in November 2019.

Nice-sized taproom with plenty of seating, as well as an outdoor patio with picnic tables. Brewing operation visible in the front.

They have an impressive array of beers on tap, 19 total.

BEER:

Bock Fest Bock (4.25) – Deep amber color. Powerful malty sweetness. Caramel notes filter into profile. Slightly roasted character evident. Low-key hop bitterness rounds things out, nice balance.

Dr Pangloss Black IPA (4.50) – Big and bold roasted character. Very low bitterness. Full and rich with a deceptive 6.6 % ABV.

Eleanor Porter (5.00) – Massive roasted flavor; bold, malty, excellent mouthfeel; a champion among porters.

Humpenscrump Hefeweizen (4.25) – Hugely malty hefeweizen; excellent example of a Bavarian style.

Keep it Easy Coconut Cream Ale (1.00) – Coconut overwhelming; poor balance with malt sweetness.

Kiwi Allure Berliner Weisse (4.25) – Presence of kiwi offsets super tartness of Berliner style; smooth and hugely drinkable.

Mazzie American Pale Ale (4.50) – Beautifully balanced; bold and malty with nice hop bitterness in the finish; hugely smooth and drinkable.

Nose Over Tale Maibock (3.75) – Solid Maibock, sweet and malty; increase in the grain bill would improve this beer.

Orenda Volume 03 Belgian Tripel (4.25) – Bold and malty; 10% ABV not overpowering; eminently smooth.

Pollyanna Alt (5.00) – Big, bold, roasted flavor; spectacular balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness; outstanding example of style.

Pollyanna Pils (3.75) – Robust, malty Czech-style pilsner; appropriately hoppy; fuller body would be nice.

Rose Queen Blonde Ale (3.50) – Very light and refreshing; mild hop character; not adventurous, but in a good way.

Summerly Raspberry Wheat Ale (3.75) – Subtle raspberry presence melds nicely with wheat character of the ale; not at all hoppy; smooth from start to finish.

The Full Lemonty Golden Ale (3.50) – Refreshing easy-drinking ale; medium body, low hop bitterness.
