Large taproom with bar seating, tall tables and couches. Good looking patio area. There were 19 beers on tap when we visited.

BEER:
Aaah Bock (4.50) – Dark amber appearance. Big and bold, full of malty sweetness, a prominent aspect of this beer. Hop bitterness is in there somewhere, evident in the aftertaste. Emphasis that this is a single Bock. Thus, the Velvet Hammer experience is missing. Terrific example of style.

ALTernative Lifestyle Altbier (3.50) – Amber colored German ale. Medium body, some level of malt sweetness comes through. Bitterness level appropriate for style, balance is OK.

Bohemian Rapids Czech Pilsner (3.50) – Straw yellow appearance. Medium-bodied lager. Hop bitterness an important aspect of this beer, lingers into aftertaste. Were noble hops used in this recipe?

Eagle Amber Lager (4.00) – Amber appearance. Medium-bodied and appealing mouthfeel. Good mix of caramel and roasted malts. Hop bitterness properly balanced in this recipe.

Kölsch (3.50) – Straw yellow appearance. Light, crisp, refreshing. Hint of hop bitterness is a good fit. A strange and unconfirmed aftertaste lingers.
