Large brewpub in large modern warehouse. Upper level has seating, too. Fireplace, brick and wood throughout. Cozy booths, large bar, brew kettles visible. Open kitchen. Excellent food, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, barbecue.

BEER:
Lager (3.75) – Crisp, light, refreshing. Bitter aftertaste evident.

Pilsner (4.50) – Beautifully balanced and hoppy. Excellent example of style.

Norge Beer Norwegian inspired mild ale (4.00) – Slightly bitter ale, rye aspects evident and pleasant. Solidly built beer.

Herbst Sauer German white ale (4.00) – Super tart, lighter ale. Smooth and easy to drink.

Farmhouse (3.75) – Somewhat fruity saison, with dry aftertaste. Very low bitterness, according to style.

Porter (4.50) – Robust, malty porter with hugely roasted character. Big and bold beer.

Applewood Porter (4.00) – Milder version of Smylie’s regular Porter. Applewood notes overpower roasted aspects of the porter recipe.

Belgian Strong (4.50) – Alcohol strength evident, but far from overpowering. Malty sweetness may be a touch too high.

Bock (3.50)
