Impressive large brewpub located on River Road, opened in 2017. Most new breweries don’t have such a large capacity (30 barrel) with so many beers on tap (16).

Open every day except Monday. Hours: Tue-Wed 11am-10pm; Thu-Sat 11am-11pm; Sun 11am-9pm.

BEER:
Bottle Rocket Belgian IPA (4.25) – Smooth, easy-drinking IPA; bitterness not at all overpowering; terrific balance; citrus overtones.
Hoperator Error Wheat Ale (3.75) – Refreshing wheat beer; not excessively hoppy; tremendously smooth.
Strong Bob Imperial Rye Ale (3.75) – Rye character stands out; extra strength not overpowering.
Judgement Day Double IPA (4.25) – Hugely malty IPA; doesn’t punch you in the mouth with hoppiness; smooth; high ABV not evident.
Pistol Whip Pilsner (4.25) – Excellent balance of maltiness and hops; well made German pilsner; easy to drink a lot of this beer.
Steinbier (4.50) – Sweet, malty and complex; hint of bitterness provides a nice balance with malt sweetness.
Black Cat IPA (2.50) – Roasted and caramel flavors evident; hop bitterness unbalances this beer in a negative way.
Golden Shower Blonde Ale (3.25) – Light, refreshing ale; easygoing tinge of hop bitterness.
American Porter (4.00) – Huge roasted character dominates; pleasant, malty mouthfeel.

FOOD:
Full menu featuring starters, pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Kids menu available as well as a special Sunday football menu. Weekday lunch specials from 11am-3pm.

They serve a good house burger with a half pound angus beef patty on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion, and your choice of cheese. It’s nice that you have a choice of either fries or a half house salad for a side.

The Tuesday special was the Buffalo Chicken Salad. They were happy to substitute grilled chicken instead of deep fried, but the amount of buffalo sauce was a bit overpowering, combined with pickled jalapenos, cheddar and bleu cheese, bacon, avocado and ranch dressing. The combination resulted in a very rich, salty and spicy dish.
