Founded in 1856, the brewery has been operated by six generations of the same family. The brewery burned down in mid 90s, was resurrected, made beer and soda, and became a Wisconsin tradition. Friendly, homey atmosphere in the taproom.

Wisco Wheat (3.00) – Bland, nothing like a real weizen beer
Oatmeal Stout (3.50) – Decent body, dry aftertaste
Raspberry Wheat (3.75) – Refreshing, just a hint of raspberry
Black Rose Black Ale (3.00) – Bland, lacking body
Rock Hard Red malt beverage (3.75) – Soda with benefits
Bully Porter (3.75) – Medium-thin body, low bitterness
Lions Tap Ten Point IPA (3.25) – Thin, bitter
Busted Knuckle Irish Ale (3.00) – Thin, sweet malty flavor, acceptable example of an Irish ale
Honey Wheat (2.75) – Lawnmower beer, thin, slight honey sweetness

No food served

TAPROOM
Fri 5pm-7pm and Sat 12:30-4pm. Tours: 1:30pm on Saturdays; free refills after the tour!
