BEER:
Bamboozling Belgian Tripel (4.00) – Amber, slightly hazy appearance. Head fades quickly, lacks classic Belgian lace. Complex blend of fruit flavors, possibly apricot? Spicy, fruity, dry finish. 10.4% ABV is evident but not overpowering.
Lake Path Blonde Ale (3.50) – Perfectly acceptable blonde ale. Medium body, hint of hop bitterness. Nicely balanced.
Vintage Velvet Double Pilsner (3.00) – Clean, crisp lager. Extra dose of bittering hops would help. 6.8 % ABV not evident.
Twisted Hammock Pale Ale (4.00) – Nice, malty character. Solid slug of hops to provide correct level of bitterness. Ticks the boxes for a classic pale ale.
Stellar Nova Lotus+ Hazy IPA (4.25) – Big mouthfeel. Grapefruit notes evident from first sip. Appropriate bitterness for style.
Velvet 68 Pilsner (4.00) – German style Pilsner. Plenty of hop bitterness, according to style. Crisp, Refreshing, highly drinkable. Big and malty.
LG Lager (3.00) – Hazy, straw yellow lager. Light, medium-bodied beer. Hop level not overly bitter, lingers in aftertaste.
