Modern feeling taproom right off Main Street in downtown Barrington. Opened in June 2017. Dogs are welcome.

Brothers William and James O’Brien started homebrewing shortly after turning 21, and later attended the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology in Chicago. The name Flesk comes from a castle in Ireland that their father visited long ago. The boys grew up hearing stories about the castle and the ghosts that roamed the grounds.

BEER:
Feral Cat Pale Wheat Ale (3.25) – Medium body, slight bitterness in aftertaste; well balanced, refreshing.
Canary in the Cooler Hefeweizen (2.50) – Nicely balanced; needs more wheat character.
Orange Wit (2.00) – Subtle orange hints; slightly extra in the grain bill; Witbier is notable for having super light character.
Raspberry Sour (4.25) – Excellent balance between malt sweetness and raspberry sourness; hugely drinkable.
Running Man Milk Stout (4.50) – Superb malty character, perfect for style; big and bold, yet smooth as silk.

FOOD:
It’s BYOF; outside food is welcome and menus from local restaurants are available for delivery options. They also offer snacks from Hometown Snackers as well as Gnarly Knots Pretzel Chips.

Hours: Mon-Thu 3pm-10pm, Fri 3pm-12am, Sat 12pm-12am, Sun 12pm-10pm.
