Spacious taproom, with a combination of tall tables, short tables, and couches, along with a tidy patio area. There were six 6 beers on tap when we visited. They also feature several guest beers.

BEER:

4 Pete’s Sake Porter (2.50) – Deep, brown appearance. Body needs to be bigger and bolder to be a top-rated porter. Roasted character evident, but is rather lacking. If Porter Lite were a style, this beer would be a good example.

Amber Alarm Amber Lager (3.50) – Light amber color. Malty sweetness defines this beer. Somewhat lighter bodied. Low level of hop bitterness hidden away from overall profile.

Doppelbock (4.25) – Brown, amber color. Big and massive malty mouthfeel. Nutty overtones detected. Low level of hop bitterness, as expected. 6.7% ABV very well concealed.

Sto Lat Grodziskie (4.00) – Golden appearance, very slight haze. Light-bodied ale, smoke character evident in bouquet and first sip. Smoke level not excessive. Nice example of style.

The Super’s Hammerlock Scottish Export (4.25) – Amber appearance. Big, sweet malt character. Very smooth and drinkable. Not as heavy as many Scottish ales. Hop bitterness not overboard, properly balanced with malt bill.
