Small, dark pub with kitschy décor, eclectic artwork, L-shaped wooden bar, nice outdoor patio. Open daily from 11am - 10pm.
Nine beers on tap. We’re not a huge fan of IPAs, so we weren’t in the mood to sample more than a couple beers on this visit.
BEER:
- Champagne Tortoise English Mild Ale - Medium-bodied ale with appropriate hop bitterness; good example of style - 3.25
- Mieux Mieux Crème Ale - Mild malt character, bitterness evident after a good gulp - 3.50
FOOD:
Basic pub menu with a few appetizers, flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and a maple spinach salad. Sunday brunch menu; kids menu.
Try the homemade pretzel appetizer with Block Party cheese sauce.
