The brewery opened as The Wild Onion Brewing Company in 1996, and the taproom and pub became a reality in 2003. The timberframe is built from recycled timbers that pre-date the American Revolution, while the building is perched on a restored gravel quarry that holds water for the local watershed.
It is a popular wedding venue with views of the lake; they have three banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 250 guests. Open every day except Monday.

Medium bodied, hugely drinkable; excellent balance in malt bill; terrific example of the style

Medium bodied pale ale; lightly hopped, eminently drinkable

Big, bold, malty; checks all of the boxes for a Doppelbock

Needs an injection into the malt bill; mouthfeel is a bit thin
