They have two locations, in Austin and San Marcos, Texas. They focus sustainability efforts in the areas of environmental stewardship, community involvement and industry leadership. They continually implement sustainable systems in the brewery. They're making the community greener through giving 1% of annual revenue to local environmental non-profits. They also make Brew Biscuit dog treats from spent brewing grains and package beer in the most recyclable container on the planet, aluminum.
Hours: Austin: 10am-10pm, 7 days a week; San Marcos: 4pm-10pm, Mon-Thu & 12-10pm Fri-Sun.
Tours of the Austin brewery are given on Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 2pm and 4pm. Tours are FREE, & last about 45 min.
