Division Brewing is Arlington’s first locally owned and operated brewery. With a combined experience of over 20 years of home brewing beer and a strong local and neighborhood following, they are extremely excited to share their product with a wider audience.
Division serves a variety of light ales, malty amber beers, as well as dark porters and stouts. Their “Sour Division” which ferments at warmer temperatures, ages with oak and sometimes fruit to create tart, fruity and mouth puckering sour beers.
They are open Wed-Thu 4-10pm, Fri 4-11pm, Sat 11am-Midnight, Sun Noon-8pm. The basic warehouse-style tap room was very crowded on the Saturday afternoon of our visit. They had 19 beers on tap.
BEER:
Clifton Clowers Blonde -3.00
Medium-bodied ale; lingering hop/bitter aftertaste excessive for style; smooth and drinkable
Jimmy Jack Kolsch -3.00
Malt sweetness on target; too highly hopped to be a genuine Kolsch
