Nice, modern taproom, exposed ductwork in the ceiling, brightly colored walls in red and yellow. There is actually a second room with a bar and a shuffleboard game, divided by a side wall. The second bar wasn’t in use at the time of our visit. Open Mon-Thu 4pm-10pm, Fri-Sat Noon-11pm; Sun Noon-6pm. Live music most Thursdays and Saturdays, check the website for details. Brewery tours given once a month on Saturdays.

Comfortably Blonde Ale - Light body, very low hop bitterness, hint of citrus in the aftertaste - 2.50
Rye Me Wheat Ale - Smooth and drinkable ale; the hint of rye is a nice touch - 3.00
Powerful Pils - Medium body, bold hop finish, smooth as silk - 4.25
Oktoberfest - Sweet, malty flavor evident, way too thin to be a good Oktoberfest - 2.75
Solly’s Black Ale - Bold and malty, dark malt character dominates; dry aftertaste, low bitterness - 4.25
Boxcar Porter - Huge, roasty, malty flavor; smooth and silky; excellent example of the style, notes of coffee flavor - 4.50
Reformator Doppelbock - Big and strong, more sweet than malty - 3.50
