Small taproom located on the site of the original brewery from 150 years ago. Previously operated as Chain O’Lakes Brewing Co. The new owner, and former brewmaster of the old establishment, took over this year.
Hours are: Wed/Thu 4-10pm; Fri 4-11pm; Sat 12-11pm; Sun 12-6pm.
Six house beers on tap, and one guest beer.

Pearl Street Pils - Thin and bland pilsner; lack of hop bitterness in finish is disappointing -2.25
Who is Tom Brady Hazy IPA - Fruity character somewhat dominated by bitter aspects -3.25
Gottlieb’s Treat Marzen - Tasty Marzen with plenty of caramel malt character; sweetness of malt stands out; but could be a bit beefier -3.50
Doppelbock - Bold and malty; dark, amber color; appropriate for style; smooth and silky mouthfeel -4.50
