The original brewery opened in 2014 in Lemont, IL, but they opened a second taproom in downtown Roselle in November 2017, and a third location in St. Charles in November 2019.
Nice-sized taproom with plenty of seating, as well as an outdoor patio with picnic tables. Brewing operation visible in the front.
Hours: Mon: Closed for special events; Tue-Thu: 3-10pm; Fri: 3-11pm; Sat: 12-11pm; Sun: 12-7pm. Tours available in the fall and winter on Saturdays at 1pm.
They have an impressive array of beers on tap, 19 total.

Rose Queen Blonde Ale - Very light and refreshing; mild hop character; not adventurous, but in a good way -3.50
Keep it Easy Coconut Cream Ale - Coconut overwhelming; poor balance with malt sweetness -1.00
Kiwi Allure Berliner Weisse - Presence of kiwi offsets super tartness of Berliner style; smooth and hugely drinkable -4.25
Summerly Raspberry Wheat Ale - Subtle raspberry presence melds nicely with wheat character of the ale; not at all hoppy; smooth from start to finish -3.75
Orenda Volume 03 Belgian Tripel - Bold and malty; 10% ABV not overpowering; eminently smooth -4.25
