We visited the small taproom in downtown Grayslake, but they will soon open a larger brewery just down the street, allowing them to double their capacity. Hours are: Mon-Thur: 5pm-10pm, Fri: 4pm-Midnight, Sat: Noon-Midnight, Sun: Noon-6pm.
We met Adam, the assistant brewer, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had six beers on tap.
